When IT Projects Go Awry
It happens to many companies at one time or another - an important IT project that seemed simple at first has ballooned into a major headache - it's costing the company time, money, and is seriously straining relations with your IT staff. An example of our experience - another Web Design company (who asked not to be identified by name) contacted SynaTree after a particular website client had gotten dangerously behind schedule and the project seemed like a hopeless failure. Within less than 40 hours, the client had a fully functional platform that the customer was thrilled with.
In a more classically "IT" example, SynaTree assisted a public school that couldn't seem to get a particular online application to work. After ruling out all of the likely culprits, and spending hours pulling their collective hair, the school IT administrator called SynaTree for help. Within one and a half hours, SynaTree had tracked the problem to outdated firmware within a network switch and fixed the problem remotely.
